If you use your Facebook or Google account to create a user account on the Website, MELA & MARI FOREVER SRL will process the following public profile data displayed by those applications: username and email address.
If you choose to create a user account just before completing an order for a product available on the Website, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, telephone number and email address, which will be used to create an account automatically. If you do not complete the order, your email address and the other information provided will not be stored by MELA & MARI FOREVER SRL, and the account created will be deleted automatically.

How long we process your data
As a general principle, MELA & MARI FOREVER SRL will process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the processing purposes mentioned above.
If you are a customer, we will process your data throughout our contractual relationship and subsequently in accordance with the legal obligations applicable to MELA & MARI FOREVER SRL (for example, supporting financial and accounting documents must legally be retained for 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were drawn up).
If you are a customer and choose to delete your user account by clicking the Delete account button in the My account information section, MELA & MARI FOREVER SRL will treat this action as your decision to unsubscribe from commercial communications that keep you informed about the products and services offered through the Website. Accordingly, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you emails and/or text messages of this kind. Following a request to erase data, MELA & MARI FOREVER SRL may anonymise the data (so that it is no longer personal data) and continue processing it for statistical purposes under these conditions;
