- Massage gently to create a light lather

For a gentle wash: fill the bath or bathing tub with water and distribute the shampoo evenly over the wet coat. Use a container to pour water over the body and create a light lather, then rinse thoroughly.
For coats with excess sebum or heavy build-up, shampooing can be repeated if necessary.

For a 1:10 dilution, mix 10 ml of shampoo with 100 ml of water. Adjust the total amount of solution according to your pet's size, as well as the length and density of their coat.
Thoroughly wet the coat with water. Apply the shampoo evenly and massage gently to create a fine lather.
Rinse thoroughly with water until the product is completely removed. For very dirty coats or excess sebum, washing can be repeated.
The gentle formula is also suitable for cleansing the facial area. Apply carefully and rinse well, keeping water out of the nose.
