Product description

The Herm Sprenger prong collar combines exceptional quality with a modern, functional design, purpose-built for effective training and safe control.

The model with an assembly chain provides pull limitation, while the centre plate – as on all original SPRENGER collars – distributes pressure evenly and protects the sensitive neck area without affecting the larynx.

All links are carefully rounded to prevent discomfort or injury.

The swivel turns with every movement of the dog, preventing the leash from catching or twisting. The ClicLock system allows the collar to be fitted and removed quickly without slipping it over the dog's head, making it ideal for dogs with a larger head circumference.

The prong collar is recommended exclusively for use on a leash and during training. It is not suitable for everyday wear, unsupervised play, transport or off-leash use.

“Stainless Steel Black” finish

For the black stainless steel version, the surface undergoes a galvanic blackening process and is then polished. As this is not a permanent coating, friction may give it an antique, vintage appearance over time.

For dogs with very light or white coats, chains made from CUROGAN are recommended to reduce the risk of coat discolouration.
