Made from high-quality stainless steel with a black finish.
As with all original SPRENGER prong collars, the centre plate ensures that no pressure is applied to the dog's larynx.

All SPRENGER collar links are rounded to prevent any risk of injury. SPRENGER branding appears on the centre plate, side plates and, on all stainless steel models, the tag attached to the ring.

The assembly chain features a limited-pull function.
A ClicLock fastener can be retrofitted by replacing the centre plate or a link.

The prong collar should only be worn when the dog is on a leash and during training – use off leash, in a crate or during transport is not recommended.

Product information

The Herm Sprenger prong collar combines superior quality with innovative design for effective dog training. Made from high-quality stainless steel, it offers maximum durability and safety.

This model, featuring an assembly chain and a leash ring, limits pulling force, while the centre plate – as with all SPRENGER prong collars – protects the dog's sensitive larynx area.

In addition, all links are rounded to eliminate the risk of injury.

If required, the centre plate can be replaced with a stainless steel ClicLock fastener, making the collar quick and easy to put on.

As the collar slips over the dog's head, please take the head circumference into account when choosing the correct size.

The prong collar is recommended only for use on a leash and during training. It is not suitable for use off leash or during travel.

Trust SPRENGER's proven quality and choose the prong collar with assembly chain for effective, safe training.

For the black stainless steel version, the surface undergoes a galvanic blackening process and is then polished. As this is not a permanent coating, friction will gradually create a vintage/antique finish.

For dogs with very light or white coats, we recommend using a CUROGAN chain to reduce the risk of coat discolouration.
