The round-link chain is one of the most stable types of chain. Its tightly interwoven links make it particularly suitable for short-haired breeds, where a wide collar could get in the way.

It is manufactured at the Sprenger factory in Iserlohn by twisting the strip of material — this creates its distinctive, densely braided appearance.

The solid stainless steel does not rust. It withstands wind, rain and long walks, and is also suitable for dogs that go into the water. Compared with nylon or leather collars, it is much easier to maintain and withstands much higher breaking loads.

The collar features round links and a solid stainless steel ring for attaching the leash. The integrated assembly chain makes it easier to put on and limits tightening, ensuring compliance with animal welfare requirements. It also prevents a dog from slipping out of the collar in extreme situations.

Solid stainless steel, 2,5 mm thick
Tightly interwoven round links
Solid stainless steel leash ring
