Delivery

We come from aviation, where punctuality is a way of life. That's how we treat your parcel too.

We deliver to every country in the European Union except Cyprus and Malta.

How long it takes

• Romania: usually the next working day.
• Other EU countries: usually within 5 working days.

Products we don't have in stock are ordered from the producer especially for you. They need a few extra days and arrive within 7 working days.

When your parcel leaves, you'll get an email with the tracking number, so you can see where it is at any time. If the courier is late, write to us at mihaela@krause-doggy.ro and we'll check straight away.

What it costs

• Romania: 25 lei, free on orders from 350 lei. Cash on delivery adds 5 lei.
• Other EU countries: 10 EUR, free on orders from 75 EUR.
